"I brought my 14' Novurania Tender (dingy) in for a fuel problem which I have had worked on twice in the past two seasons. It has a 50 hp Yamaha outboard thats only 7 years old but hasn't run right for a while. I understood that Allcraft Marine was not a Yamaha service dealer but Charlie was recommended by a fellow boater. In the middle of a very busy season, within a couple of days I received a call with a full diagnosis and an estimate of what would be required. "Your technician did an outstanding job of repairing my 1977 Mercury 85 hp outboard motor. I've owned it for seven years, and had it worked on a couple times. He/she is the first one to get it right. The motor no longer stalls at idle or under acceleration. It is fun to go boating again. Please pass my appreciation on to your technician. "

"Have our 22' Harris Pontoon for over two years since buying at the 2007 Cincinnati Boat Show- now ready for our third summer - Charlie gets us in and out of the water each year, services the Honda 90, and reparks the Harris on our storage lot for the winter. "A 2hp Honda was purchased for my canoe. Charlie spent time detailing operational and maintenance aspects of this engine and made sure I understood its operation. I experienced a problem not with the engine but with the mounting on the canoe. While not their problem, both he and his assistant Mike offerred helpful comment so I could resolve the problem.
